These Terms of Service govern your use of the OLD VEGAS website and any purchase made through our online store.

Throughout these Terms, “OLD VEGAS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to:

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your country or region to place an order.

If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use the website only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the selected payment method.

2. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or another customer’s account

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, materials, measurements, images, prices, and digital-product information accurately.

However, the appearance of physical-product colors may vary depending on your screen, device, display settings, lighting, or production process.

Because some physical products are produced individually, minor variations may occur in:

  • Print placement
  • Print scale
  • Garment-dye appearance
  • Fabric texture
  • Color tone
  • Stitching
  • Product measurements

These minor production variations are not normally considered defects.

Product measurements may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances. Customers should review the applicable size guide before ordering.

We may update, discontinue, restrict, or change a product at any time without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted.

4. Made-to-Order Production

Many physical OLD VEGAS products are produced specifically after an order is placed.

Production may begin shortly after checkout. Because of this, order changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production has started.

Digital products such as VAULT CREDIT do not require physical production and are subject to the separate gift-card terms contained in Section 13.

Any restrictions concerning returns, exchanges, or cancellations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights available in your country or region.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

After checkout, you may receive an automated order-confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.

We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable
  • The price or product information contains an obvious error
  • Payment cannot be authorized
  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
  • A physical shipping destination cannot be served
  • The order violates these Terms or applicable law
  • An unusually large quantity appears intended for unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method where applicable.

We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or order.

6. Order Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information relevant to your order, including where applicable:

  • Contact information
  • Billing information
  • Shipping information
  • Product size, color, and variant selections
  • Gift-card recipient email address
  • Gift-card recipient name
  • Personal message
  • Selected digital delivery date

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact oldvegasbrand@gmail.com immediately.

We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once physical production, fulfillment, gift-card issuance, or scheduled digital delivery has begun.

We are not responsible for delays, failed physical deliveries, or failed digital gift-card delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information entered by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error.

The total amount shown at checkout may include:

  • Product prices
  • Shipping charges
  • Discounts
  • Taxes collected at checkout
  • Other applicable charges

International customers purchasing physical products may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or local handling fees that are not collected by OLD VEGAS at checkout.

Payment must be authorized before an order can be processed.

Payments may be handled through Shopify or other third-party payment providers. We do not directly control every part of the payment-processing service.

8. Discounts and Promotional Offers

Discounts, promotional codes, bundles, and special offers are subject to their stated conditions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  • Discounts cannot be combined
  • Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed
  • Promotions may be limited by product, customer, region, quantity, or date
  • Promotional offers may be changed or ended at any time
  • Discounts have no cash value
  • Cancelled or returned items may affect bundle eligibility or discount calculations

Gift cards may be excluded from discounts or promotions where stated on the website, in the promotion terms, or at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or correct a promotion where it was published in error, misused, or affected by technical problems.

Any claim concerning limited availability, offer duration, or product popularity will apply only when factually accurate.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Physical orders are subject to production and shipping timelines described in our Shipping Policy.

Most physical products are produced and fulfilled by independent production and logistics partners. Products may be produced or shipped from different facilities depending on the item and delivery destination.

Orders containing multiple physical products may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather
  • Local disruptions
  • High-volume periods
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Production interruptions
  • Events of force majeure

VAULT CREDIT is a digital product and does not require physical shipping.

Please review our Shipping Policy for current production estimates, delivery windows, tracking information, customs terms, digital gift-card delivery information, and missing-package procedures.

10. Customs and International Orders

International physical shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs authorities may delay, inspect, reject, or return a shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the physical products they order may legally be imported into their destination country.

This section does not apply to VAULT CREDIT because no physical shipment is created.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, replacements, order problems, exchanges, and digital gift-card refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

If a physical order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the product and problem
  • A photograph of the size label when relevant

After reviewing an eligible claim, we may provide a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Do not return any physical product without contacting us and receiving instructions first.

Physical products are not normally eligible for free returns or exchanges due solely to:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Changing your mind
  • Personal preference
  • Normal production variations

VAULT CREDIT and other digital gift cards are subject to the separate terms in Section 13 and our Refund Policy.

These restrictions do not limit any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, warranty, or consumer-protection rights available under applicable law.

12. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your legal rights where a physical product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, materially different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet mandatory legal requirements.

Where applicable law gives you stronger rights than our commercial policy, those legal rights will apply.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or cancellation of the purchase.

13. Store Credit and Gift Cards

OLD VEGAS may offer digital gift cards, including VAULT CREDIT, as well as other forms of store credit.

VAULT CREDIT is delivered electronically and may be redeemed toward eligible purchases made through the OLD VEGAS online store.

Gift cards:

  • Are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase, except where applicable law requires a longer validity period or prohibits expiration
  • Are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law
  • Cannot normally be refunded after issuance or digital delivery
  • Cannot normally be exchanged for another payment method
  • May be used until the available balance has been fully redeemed or the gift card expires
  • May be subject to additional terms displayed on the product page or at the time of purchase

If the total value of an order is greater than the remaining gift-card balance, the customer may pay the remaining amount using another payment method accepted at checkout.

If the total value of an order is lower than the available gift-card balance, the unused balance will remain available on the gift card until used or expired.

Customers are responsible for keeping their gift-card code and access information secure.

OLD VEGAS is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from a customer voluntarily sharing their gift-card code or failing to keep it secure, except where required by applicable law.

If a gift card is lost, not delivered, inaccessible, or believed to have been used without authorization, contact oldvegasbrand@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We may request order or identity information before restoring access, replacing a gift card, or taking other action.

We may suspend or cancel gift cards obtained or used through fraud, unauthorized payment activity, chargebacks, abuse, or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

14. Accounts

You may have the option to create a customer account.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login information confidential
  • Restricting access to your device and account
  • Providing current and accurate account information
  • Notifying us of suspected unauthorized account access

We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

15. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

You may be able to submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, messages, or other content.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it
  • The content is truthful and based on a genuine experience
  • The content does not violate another person’s rights
  • The content is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, fraudulent, or misleading
  • The content does not contain malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising

You retain ownership of your original content.

By submitting content to OLD VEGAS, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, publish, adapt, display, and share that content for operating and promoting OLD VEGAS, subject to applicable privacy and advertising laws.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to publish or retain every submission.

We will not knowingly present fabricated reviews or materially alter a review in a misleading way.

16. Intellectual Property

The website and its contents are owned by or licensed to OLD VEGAS.

Protected content may include:

  • Brand names
  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Artwork
  • Clothing designs
  • Product photographs
  • Videos
  • Written copy
  • Product names
  • Slogans
  • Website design

You may access the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product or gift card does not transfer ownership of the artwork, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual-property rights associated with OLD VEGAS.

A link to a third-party website does not necessarily mean that OLD VEGAS endorses that website or its content.

By using the website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers required to operate the store, process payments, produce orders, deliver packages, issue or deliver digital products, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

We try to keep the website accessible and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, complete, or error-free.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to:

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OLD VEGAS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or products.

This may include loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Intentional misconduct
  • Death or personal injury where liability cannot legally be excluded
  • Mandatory product-safety obligations
  • Mandatory consumer rights
  • Any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate OLD VEGAS for reasonable losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, fraud, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not apply where the loss was caused by OLD VEGAS or where such indemnification is prohibited by consumer law.

24. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These may include natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disruption, government restrictions, transportation failures, carrier interruptions, customs actions, epidemics, cyberattacks, power failures, major production disruptions, or major third-party technology outages.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and fulfill, restore access to, or refund affected orders where appropriate.

25. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website if you materially violate these Terms or use the website unlawfully or fraudulently.

Termination does not remove obligations or rights that arose before termination.

Sections concerning payment, intellectual property, gift cards, liability, indemnification, governing law, and other provisions intended to survive will remain effective after termination.

26. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

27. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any additional conditions shown during checkout or on a specific product page, form the agreement between you and OLD VEGAS regarding your use of the website and purchases.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written policy concerning shipping, refunds, privacy, or gift cards, the more specific policy will apply to that subject.

Mandatory law will always take priority where it cannot be excluded by agreement.

29. Governing Law

These Terms and any contract formed through the website are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Israel, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another country or requires another applicable law or jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
