Every OLD VEGAS product is made specifically for your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Because products are made for each order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, wrong color, or a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

Orders can enter production shortly after being placed, so changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Most orders are produced within 1–2 business days.

Estimated shipping times after production are:

United States: 3–6 business days
UK and EU: 5–12 business days
Rest of the world: 8–17 business days

You’ll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Standard shipping is free on all US orders.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the products in your order. International customers may also be responsible for local customs duties or import taxes.

OLD VEGAS works with trusted production partners, primarily in the United States. Some products may be produced and shipped from other locations, including the United Kingdom, depending on the item and delivery destination.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.
